If you’re thinking of purchasing a washing machine, tumble dryer or washer-dryer from our store, please bear in mind that we can deliver and install your new appliance for a small extra cost.Our washing machine installation service covers freestanding and integrated appliances, which is great news if you don’t want to handle the installation work yourself.

Freestanding Washing Machine Installation
This service is available for all freestanding washing machines and washer-dryers. We can only fit these appliances to existing like-for-like connections. Before selecting this installation option, please ensure:
- Easy access to the pipework and that any stop tap is working correctly.
- Easy access to an electrical supply that is in good working order.
- That your new appliance will fit the available space.
- That there is a working supply of electricity to test your appliance.
- Unpacking and recycling of your new appliance’s packaging.
- Connection of your new appliance to the existing pipework and electrical supply.
- Levelling and positioning of the appliance.
- Testing to ensure that your appliance is in full working order.
Integrated Washing Machine Installation
This service is available for all integrated washing machines and washer-dryers. In addition to connecting up your new appliance, we will ensure that it is properly housed within your existing units and attach the doors for you. A like-for-like electrical connection will be required.
Before selecting this installation option, please ensure:
- Easy access to the pipework and that any stop tap is working correctly.
- Easy access to an electrical supply that is in good working order.
- That your new appliance will fit the existing space.
- Cupboard doors that are suitable for attachment to the new appliance.
- A working electrical supply (for testing the new appliance once installed).
- Unpacking and recycling of your new appliance’s packaging.
- Connection of your new appliance to the existing pipework and electrical supply.
- Levelling and positioning of the appliance.
- Testing to ensure that your appliance is in full working order.
- Fitting existing like-for-like doors to the new appliance
- Housing the new appliance within existing kitchen units.
Tumble Dryer Installation
This service is available for all freestanding tumble dryers, which can only be fitted to existing like-for-like electrical connections. Before selecting this installation option, please ensure:
- Easy access to an electrical supply that is in good working order.
- That the original vent connection is clear and in good working order.
- That your new appliance will fit the available space.
- A working supply of electricity to test your appliance.
- Unpacking and recycling of your new appliance’s packaging.
- Connection of your new appliance to the existing electrical supply.
- Levelling and positioning of the appliance.
- A test to ensure that your appliance is in full working order.
